Good antique condition. The floral carvings are remarkably well-preserved with no missing elements. Commensurate with its 100+ year history, the frame shows a natural miter gap at one corner due to wood shrinkage, and the mirror plate is slightly loose within the setting. The glass remains clear with very minor, age-appropriate silvering loss. Original paper backing is intact with age-appropriate wear.
